Valérie is possibly the best host we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb thus far. She is attentive to detail, extremely responsive and kind. She tries to make everything easier for her guests and not just easier but homey. You truly feel welcomed and at home in her space, while benefiting from her great advice, tips and availability, her kind soul and, if you’re lucky like we were, her Christmas cookies! Wir haben am Ende unserer Reise 3 Nächte bei Valerie verbracht. Wohnung: gut geschnitten, ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen, sehr gute Ausstattung inklusive super bequemer Betten. Mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gastgeberin: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, interessiert ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir konnten Gartentomaten essen und zum Abschied ihren hervorragenden Schokoladenkuchen probieren. Anbindung: 5 Minuten bis zum Bus. Direkte Verbindung nach Straßbourg, ca. 15/20 Minuten. Umgebung: ok, typisch Stadt, Lautstärke nachts ok. Supermarkt mit riesigem Angebot fußläufig erreichbar, gutes Restaurant daneben (Brauerei – Brasserie Michel Debus) Heizung: Sparsam eingestellt Jederzeit wieder!

The apartment of Valerie is really amazing. So clean and very cozy. We immediately felt at home at her place. We liked the home decoration and all the plants! Everything ( and much more) you need is in the apartment. Not only the house welcomes you, also especially Valerie gives you the feeling being home at your place!! Nothing is too much, she really likes to help you with everything!

Adresse incontournable !!! Gentillesse, respect, petites attentions…tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien.. sans oublier la propreté irréprochable, la qualité de la literie et des équipements et il ne manque rien pour le confort. Expérience à recommander +++++++++

Le cosy corner porte très bien son nom c’est un logement très cosy et complet bien situé pour passer un séjour sur Strasbourg et sa région. L’accueil est également soigné et prévenant. Une très bonne adresse à recommander 🤗

Great property in quiet neighborhood!My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s Cosy Corner apartment. It was quiet, cozy and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the Schiltigheim neighborhood and a couple of the restaurants nearby. It was a pretty easy commute on the train to downtown Strasbourg. Valerie was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. If we are ever back in the area with our travels, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very clean, warm, ground floor apartment which is spotless. A few minutes walk from Schiltigheim centre with easy access to both Strasbourg and the European quarter. The host is very friendly and very helpful. A great find.

Top Ferienwohnung und super nette Vermieter!Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Personen, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke und zahlreiche Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da wir viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs waren, war die Lage für uns perfekt. Man ist schnell im Zentrum in Straßburg oder auf den zahlreichen Radwegen in der näheren Umgebung. Wir können diese Fewo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ganz lieben Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft und die netten Gespräche beim Wein, liebe Valérie und Hervé. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Sehr nette Vermieter, super sauber, sehr gute AusstattungEntfernung nach Straßbourg sehr günstig. Alles schnell zu erreichen. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus etwas eingeschränkt, aber man findet immer einen Parkplatz. Der kleine Vorgarten mit Sitzgruppe lädt zum Verweilen ein und mit sehr reichlichen Nutzpflanzen bestückt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect. Nothing was lacking and the owners were extremely accomodating!
The apt. was spotless and well equipped. An easy stroll to a little bakery and a nice grocery in a small shopping center with nearby eateries were readily accessible. A lovely stroll thru a park brought public transportation and drivers who understood a little English. The owners were wonderful. Valerie spoke excellent English and brought us little gift of fresh berries and home made jellies. My sister and I highly recommend this apt and the hosts if you are visiting the lovely city of Strasbourg. We hope to visit them again in the future!

Sehr hübsche FerienwohnungWir wurden von Valérie herzlich empfangen und alles war perfekt vorbereitet, um sich gleich wie Zuhause zu fühlen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es ist die gelungene Mischung aus modernen und antiken Elementen, die den Charme dieser Wohnung ausmacht. Die Küche verfügt über hochwertige Elektrogeräte und viele nützliche Dinge, so dass man sich hier auch über einen längeren Zeitraum bequem selbst verpflegen kann. Eine Sitzgruppe vor dem Haus kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Besonders abends nach einer langen Tagestour ist dies ein gemütlicher Platz zum Entspannen. Straßburg ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, aber auch mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kann man hier problemlos starten, um das schöne Elsass zu erkunden. Diese Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir bedanken uns für die liebevolle Betreuung!!!

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour ! Super accueil de Valérie et Hervé qui sont très sympathiques. C’est un couple génial avec qui partager et échanger est un vrai bonheur. Disponibilité et bonne humeur, ils vous donneront pleins de conseils pratiques. Tout a été fait en sorte qu’on s’y sente chez nous et qu’on ne manque de rien. Vous croiserez parfois dans le jardin un gentil chien joueur et un magnifique chat très câlin. L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et remplie de charme ! Situé au rez-de-chaussée de leur maison, vous pourrez profiter du soleil sur leur terrasse joliment arboré de fleurs. Vous avez un stationnement devant la maison et vous pourrez prendre un bus qui vous emmènera directement au centre de Strasbourg. Je recommande vivement ^_^

“Everything I need AND everything I didn’t realize I wanted.” I just came back from about 2 weeks at the Cosy Corner. I can’t recommend it enough. Everything was so clean, warm, inviting, modern and simple to use. It beat staying at any hotel in just about every way possible. I especially enjoyed all the tech amenities available, so I was able to use all my stuff very easily. Last, but not least, the hosts, Valérie and Hervé, were there to help with anything we could have possibly needed. Thank you so much. I’m sure that anyone who chooses to stay here will be 100% satisfied with their stay!

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist toll geschnitten und verfügt über alles, was wir uns mit unserem Einjährigen wünschen konnten. Valérie hat uns wunderbar betreut und stand mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Dank der Nähe zu Straßburg und der praktischen Anbindung per Bus ist das Domizil super für kleine Ausflüge in die Stadt. Ein Bäcker und 2 Supermärkte sind in wenigen Schritten bzw. einigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank noch einmal, liebe Valérie!

Very clean and well-stocked apartment. There were four of us, and we didn’t feel crowded. The location was excellent— the grocery store and bus stop were both conveniently close.

Excellent accueil de Valérie, nous avons passé un très bon week-end reposant. Le logement a été rénové avec soin et goût par Valérie. Logement pratique, possibilité de se garer devant, commerces à proximité (à pied).

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen, hellen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind bestens ausgestattet.
Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Kleinstadt und man ist schnell mit der Straßenbahn oder mit dem Fahrrad (15 min) im Zentrum von Straßburg.
Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar und das Auto konnten wir problemlos an der Straße parken.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und konnten uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt geben.
Wir haben trotz Novemberwetter eine tolle Woche verbracht, uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Mein Aufenthalt in « The Cosy Corner » war fantastisch. Eine Super eingerichte Wohnung, die ihrem Namen alle Ehre macht. Dazu zwei in allen Belangen überaus hilfreiche und sympatische Gastgeber. Eine klare Empfehlung an alle die Lebensqualität « away from home » suchen. Bei Valérie fühlt man sich einfach wohl. 5 *****
